TRO 7267A ADVERT - CORONATION ROAD AREA, WOODTHORPE- PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Overview

via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about inconsiderate and obstructive parking at the junctions of Coronation Road with Bonington Road and Gretton Road, Woodthorpe. This reduces visibility and access for drivers and pedestrians using these junctions and is proving difficult for bin lorries gaining access due to parked vehicles.

In response to concerns raised during the advert period, we have re-evaluated the issues and it has been decided to make some changes to the original proposals.

The revised proposals consist of the following:-

• Additional Double Yellow Lines (No Waiting At Any time) around the junctions of Coronation Road with Breck Hill Road, Bonington Road and Gretton Road, Woodthorpe.
• Lines reduced on Coronation Road at the junction with Gretton Road

The proposals are shown on Drawing Number H/JW/4242/01 Rev A.
