TRO 7271 ADVERT - VARIOUS ROADS, GEDLING - PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES AND BUS STOP CLEARWAY

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver Highway Services. 

Concerns have been raised regarding inconsiderate and obstructive parking along Arnold Lane at its junctions with Jessops Lane and Wykes Avenue, Burton Road at its junction with Coronation Walk, Shearing Hill at its junctions with Brooklands Drive and Shearing Close. This is causing visibility issues at these junctions.

To address this issue, it is proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) around the junctions, as shown on drawing number H/JW/4409/02. 

It is also proposed to introduce a new enforceable Bus Stop Clearway to be in operation 24 hours, as shown on drawing number H/JW/4409/02.
