TRO 7273 ADVERT - FURLONG STREET AREA, ARNOLD - PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised regarding inconsiderate and obstructive parking along Furlong Street, Arnold at its junctions with Acton Road, Bestwood Avenue, Burford Street, Cavendish Street, Furlong Avenue, High Street Avenue and West Street. This is causing visibility issues also emergency services and waste recycling lorries are struggling to access these junctions.

To address this issue, it is therefore proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) around these junctions, as shown on drawing number H/JW/4710/01.
