TRO 8345 SEALED ORDER - BINGHAM PRIMARY SCHOOL - WAITING RESTRICTIONS

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services.

Following the construction of the new Bingham Primary School on Dunsmore Avenue, Bingham and in order to fulfil a planning condition, a package of safety measures have been introduced to help ensure safety around the newly built school.

The restrictions consist of the following:-

• New School Keep Clear Markings (SKC) (No Stopping Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30 pm) across the entrance to the school and across the end of the footpath on Burrows Drive
• New Double Yellow Lines (No Waiting At Any time) around the nearby junctions
• New Single Yellow Lines (No Waiting Monday to Friday 8 am – 4.30 pm) on Dunsmore Avenue and Burrows Drive
• New Bus Stop Clearways (BSC) (No Stopping At Any time except buses) in the newly constructed bus laybys
• New School Warning signs
• New Advisory 20mph signs
