TRO 8368 ADVERT - WEST LEAKE ROAD, EAST LEAKE TO WEST LEAKE - PROPOSED 40MPH SPEED LIMIT

Overview

Nottinghamshire County Council has received requests to reduce the existing National Speed Limit (60mph) along West Leake Road, between East Leake and West Leake. The road is narrow, has a number of bends and there are no footways. An assessment has confirmed that the road is suitable for a 40 mph Speed Limit and is likely to secure respect from motorists.

It is therefore proposed to introduce a 40 mph Speed Limit as shown on drawing H/SLW/4397/01
