TRO 8436 ADVERT - OWTHORPE LANE, KINOULTON - RESTRICTED ROAD AND 30 M.P.H SPEED LIMIT

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, has received requests to extend the existing 30 mph speed limit on Owthorpe Lane, Kinoulton, to improve road safety for all road users. This includes pedestrians and horse riders using the public rights of way network, including footpaths and bridleways, as well as users of the local allotments.

The proposed extension of the 30-mph Speed Limit is shown on drawing number H/CLW/5509/01. The advert will be published in the Nottingham Post and notices will be displayed on site.

Why your views matter

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email by, 26^th November 2026. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
