TRO1302 - GATEFORD PRIMARY SCHOOL AREA, WORKSOP - PROPOSED PARKING RESTRICTIONS - PUBLIC ADVERT

Overview

Concerns have been raised regarding a new school (Gateford Primary School) opening near to Gatekeeper Way and Harlequin Drive in Worksop. This school is likely to attract a lot of vehicles during school pick-up/drop-off times.

To address this issue, and keep the area safe for pupils at the school, it is proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) around some of the junctions, School Keep Clear Markings (No Stopping Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm) near to the pedestrian entrance, and a Single Yellow Line (No Waiting on Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm) to protect the car park entrance.
