Overview

Planning permission has been granted for the conversion of the Mapplewells Inn Public House to a retail store (ref. V/2015/0043). Vehicular access to the new retail store, including for larger delivery vehicles is off Nursery Avenue, Sutton-in-Ashfield.

It is proposed to introduce ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions (double yellow lines) on Nursery Avenue between Alfreton Road and the vehicular access to the retail store as shown on drawing number H/JMR/2718/01. This will prevent parked vehicles from obstructing the vehicular access route to the store, particularly for the larger delivery vehicles.
