TRO8376 - THE BANKS AREA, BINGHAM - PROPOSED 20MPH SPEED LIMIT - PUBLIC ADVERT

Overview

The county council has received requests to modify the speed limit on and around The Banks in Bingham. An assessment of the existing speed limits has been carried out and it has been confirmed that the sections of road including The Banks, Melwyn Drive, Banks Crescent and Fisher Lane are suitable for a 20mph Speed Limit, which will help to improve road safety around the school.

It is therefore proposed to introduce a 20mph Speed Limit on the above-mentioned roads. A plan showing the extents of the proposed 20mph speed limit can be found on Drawing Number H/MW/4498/01).
