NottsHelpYourself Feedback Survey

Overview

NottsHelpYourself (www.NottsHelpYourself.org.uk) is an online health and social care community directory provided by Nottinghamshire County Council. The website brings together:

• Community services, groups, and events in Nottinghamshire
• Advice and information for adults
• Advice and information for children and families
• Advice and information for families with children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

As well as information for residents of Nottinghamshire, the website also provides information for care providers (childcare and adult social care).

To enable us to understand how effective and useful the website is, we want to get as many views as possible from people who might use the site or may have used the site in the past.

The following survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, there is a chance at the end of the survey to add any other comments you feel are relevant. The data you provide will only be used for the development of NottsHelpYourself and will not be used for any other purpose.
