NEWTON, MAIN STREET AND WELLINGTON AVENUE - TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES – FORMAL CONSULTATION

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services.

Nottinghamshire County Council have allocated funding to install traffic calming measures on Main Street and Wellington Avenue, Newton. It is therefore proposed to introduce two raised plateaus on Main Street and two pairs of speed cushions on Wellington Avenue. Plans showing the extents of the proposed raised plateaus and speed cushions are attached (Drawing Numbers 2150860-VIA-HGN-ZZ-DR-CH-0001 and 0003).
