Proposed 30mph Speed Limit -KERSALL, NEWARK- TRO 3319

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services. It is proposed to reduce the speed limit from 60 mph to 30 mph along Kersall to Laxton Road and Maplebeck Lane at Kersall, from a point 120 metres north-east of Mill Lane, Kersall, in a south-westerly direction to a point 165 metres south-west of its junction with Wood Lane and along Wood Lane to its south-eastern extremity.

The proposed speed limit will help to improve road safety around the bends and at the junctions of Kersall and vehicle entrances on Mill Lane and Wood Lane.
