TRO 4327 PRIVATE ACCESS ROAD TO SUTTON PARKWAY STATION - PROPOSED PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services.

As part of the development of the Automated Distribution and Manufacturing Centre (ADMC) in Sutton-in-Ashfield, and in order to discharge the requirements of the Section 278 and Section 38 planning obligations, as well as to address matters identified within the associated Road Safety Audit, it is proposed to introduce a Prohibition of Right Turn Traffic Regulation Order. This measure is intended to prevent unauthorised vehicles from executing a right‑turn manoeuvre from the station car park access road onto Lowmoor Road.

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email, by 17th June 2026. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
