TRO 5265 James Street, Kimberley - Parking Places and Residents Controlled Zone

Overview

Nottinghamshire County Council has received complaints regarding issues with intrusive commuter / shopper parking along James Street at Kimberley.  It is therefore proposed to introduce a Residents’ Parking Scheme (RPS) that would be in operation Monday to Saturday from 8am – 6pm, between its junction with High Street and the Car Park.

In addition to the proposed Residents’ Parking Scheme, it is proposed to change the existing 1 hour parking, between the car park and its junction with Main Street, to 2 hours parking, no return within 1 hour.
