The parking restrictions Traffic Regulation Order for Bedford Court and Braddon Avenue, Stapleford was Sealed on Tuesday 22nd September 2026 and will come into force on Wednesday 30th September 2026. The no waiting restrictions are required to address issues with inconsiderate and obstructive parking in this area.

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Complaints have been raised about inconsiderate and obstructive parking on Bedford Court, Stapleford at the junction of Braddon Avenue which is causing issues with waste collection vehicles unable to access for bin collection.

Therefore, a Prohibition of Waiting has been introduced around the junction, as shown on drawing number H/CLW/5068/01
