TRO 8366 ADVERT - HOLME LANE, HOLME PIERREPONT - PROPOSED PROHIBITION OF DRIVING

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire.

It is proposed to introduce a prohibition of driving on a section of Holme Lane located between its junction with Sandy Lane and The Toll House. The proposed restriction would prohibit all vehicles except for cycles, vehicles needing access to properties and to maintain the road and adjacent hedges. The road would be closed with locked timber gates with a 1.5m gap down one side to provide access for cycles, horse riders and pedestrians. Residents would be provided with a code/key to unlock the gates.
