TRO 4321 SEALED ORDER - LOWMOOR ROAD, KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD - 1 HOUR PARKING
Overview
The parking restrictions Traffic Regulation Order for Lowmoor Road, Kirkby in Ashfield was Sealed on Thursday 2nd July 2026 and will come into force on Friday 10th July 2026.
The restrictions have been installed to remove long stay parking in the bay which is preventing customer parking to the shops and local businesses.
Via East Midlands is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver Highway Services.
Nottinghamshire County Council has received complaints about vehicles being parked for lengthy periods in the existing unrestricted parking bay on the south-west side of Lowmoor Road, Kirkby in Ashfield, which is preventing customer parking to the shops and local businesses.
To help address these a 1-hour parking bay (no return within 1 hour) has been introduced to be in operation Monday – Saturday 8am – 6 pm) as shown on drawing H/SLW/5151/02.
