TRO 3435 ADVERT - B6034 HIGH STREET, EDWINSTOWE - AMENDMENTS TO PARKING PLACES

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Requests have been made for an enforceable disabled parking bay on B6034 High Street, Edwinstowe. The proposed parking bay would improve accessibility for disabled residents by enabling them to park closer to local shops and community facilities. The measure is intended to support independent access to essential services and amenities, while helping to meet the parking needs of disabled users within the village centre.

To address this issue, it is therefore proposed to introduce a Disabled Persons Vehicle At Any Time Parking Bay outside Loxley’s Den, as shown on drawing number H/CLW/5551/01. The advert will be published in the Newark Advertiser and notices will be displayed on site.

Why your views matter

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email, by 3^rd December 2026. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
