TRO 4329 ADVERT - UNNAMED ACCESS ROAD, OFF LOWMOOR ROAD, SUTTON IN ASHFIELD - PROPOSED 30MPH SPEED LIMIT

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services.

As part of the development of the Automated Distribution and Manufacturing Centre (ADMC) in Sutton-in-Ashfield, and in order to discharge the requirements of the Section 278 and Section 38 planning obligations, as well as to address matters identified within the associated Road Safety Audit, it is proposed to introduce a 30MPH Speed Limit along the new access road off Lowmoor Road opposite Emma Penny Way.

The notice will be published in the Mansfield and Ashfield Chad and notices will be fixed on site. A plan showing the proposals is attached (Drawing Number H/JDC/5323/01) along with a copy of the site notice.

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email, by 17th June 2026. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
